To provide healthcare services in the field of Mental and Nervous Disorders to all individuals in line with standards and regulations.








To standardize the activities carried out in our organization and to align them with national and international quality standards, various documents (procedures, protocols, plans, instructions, roles, responsibilities, forms, etc.) are needed. Preparation, approval, revision, and sharing of these documents with employees require a dedicated activity.
A trained Self-Evaluation Team is appointed to conduct internal evaluations periodically to ensure sustainable compliance with quality standards.
To prevent the recurrence of events that threaten the safety of our clients and employees, we have an “Incident Reporting System” in place to detect and monitor errors in our clinic.
Training programs are prepared with attention to quality standards and demands. The primary purpose of these programs is to ensure that all employees carry out their duties professionally, carefully, cheerfully, and reliably.
This team is responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring client safety programs and making improvements as necessary.
Responsible for reducing and controlling risks (security, safety, hazardous materials, emergency, fire, plumbing) related to the facility through risk assessments, emergency management plans, and equipment maintenance.
The Infection Prevention and Control Team has been active since our clinic’s inception, addressing areas like hand hygiene, cleaning, disinfection, occupational infections, and waste management.
This team oversees the design and implementation of the employee health and safety program and related activities.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, clients, companions, and others have the right to refuse communication with anyone not directly involved in their treatment. All personal and medical information provided to the institution will remain confidential, even in the case of death.
Clients have the right to be informed and participate in decisions regarding their treatment, except in cases of medical or legal necessity.
Clients have the right to receive respectful, compassionate, and courteous treatment, maintaining their individual dignity at all times.
