Madalyon Psychiatry Center was founded in Ankara in 2005 by Psychiatrist Dr. Gülseren BUDAYICIOĞLU and began its operations in a building on Cinnah Street in the Çankaya District. Dr. Budayıcıoğlu aimed to make psychiatry accessible to people from all walks of life, and accordingly, she initiated agreements between Madalyon Psychiatry Center and first the Pension Fund and later the Social Security Institution.
