Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions for the use of the WEBSITE (hereinafter referred to as the “WEBSITE”) between:

Article 3 – Limitation of Liability

The WEBSITE is not responsible for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website,

  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in the website content,

  • Problems resulting from the USER’s computer hardware, internet connection, or software deficiencies.

The USER acknowledges responsibility for all costs, damages, lawsuits, and attorney fees resulting from their use of the website.

The WEBSITE reserves the right to disclose USER information if required by law or judicial authorities.

Article 4 – International Use

The USER acknowledges the global nature of the Internet and agrees to comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international regulations.
The USER is also obliged to comply with the data, communication, and privacy laws of the country in which they are located.

Article 5 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
The parties agree that the competent courts and enforcement offices in Ankara, Turkey shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
