Psy. Irem SALIS

She completed her undergraduate degree in the Department of Psychology (English) at Çankaya University with a high honor degree, where she studied with an academic merit scholarship. Throughout her undergraduate education, she participated in various research projects and social initiatives. She volunteered for two years working with children at the Community Volunteers Foundation. Additionally, she took part in volunteer work with organizations such as AFAD and Etkin Kampüs. She completed internships at Başkent Psychology and Çadem Psychology as a trainee psychologist. During her undergraduate years, she focused on communication skills and self-esteem, and she continues to conduct independent research while keeping up with the latest literature.

She completed her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Ankara University. During this time, she conducted studies on self-compassion, emotional awareness, and emotion regulation, organizing various seminars and workshops on these topics. As part of her master’s training, she worked as a trainee clinical psychologist at Ankara University Training and Research Hospital, where she received supervision in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dynamic Psychotherapy, providing therapy to adult clients.

After graduation, she has worked as a clinical psychologist in private therapy centers and various online platforms, providing therapy sessions for adolescents and adults.
