Clinical Psychologist Fatmanur Karahan completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Psychology at Üsküdar University. She then pursued her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University, further specializing in the field.
During her academic journey, she completed internships at several institutions, including the GATA Military Hospital Psychiatry Department, NP Istanbul Brain Hospital, Asude Nursing Home, Fatih Autism Center, Şişli Guidance and Research Center, and the Eurasian Schizophrenia Association.
She also contributed to the Cognitive Skills Development Projects organized by the Muzaffer Akpınar Foundation, where she administered 12-session Cognitive Skills Development Battery programs for children. In addition, she actively participated for two years in the Reintegration of Schizophrenia Patients into Society Project, a collaboration between the Eurasian Schizophrenia Association and Üsküdar University.
Fatmanur Karahan provides support to her clients in both individual and couples therapy, employing therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Family Counseling, and EMDR Therapy. Furthermore, she completed Level 1 and Level 2 Psycho-Oncology Trainings under the supervision of Dr. Esra Savaş to support individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
Between 2019 and 2021, she worked as a School Psychologist and Head of the Psychological Counseling Department at Özel Kardelen Schools. From 2022 to 2024, she served as a Clinical Psychologist at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital, where she conducted individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing. Since 2025, she has been continuing her professional career at Madalyon Psychiatry Clinic, offering both face-to-face and online therapy sessions. Her approach is centered on tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each individual, guiding her clients in their journey of coping and personal growth.
