Clinical Psychologist Deniz Yıldız completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at TED University (100% English program) as an honor student. Throughout her academic career, she aimed to integrate theoretical knowledge of psychology with clinical experience. In her undergraduate thesis, she focused on social gender-based psychological dynamics by examining “Factors Influencing Men’s Support for Gender Equality: The Role of Sexism, Fragile Masculinity, and Traditional Masculinity Ideology.” During her studies, she interned at Madalyon Psychiatry Center and a private hospital in Ankara, actively participating in psychological testing, clinical observation, and case follow-up processes.
Yıldız completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Esenyurt University as an honor student. During this period, she conducted a project on “Body Dysmorphic Disorder in Young Adults,” exploring the mind-body relationship in depth. She also carried out individual therapy sessions under supervision and received theoretical training in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and integrative therapy approaches.
Since 2022, Yıldız has been working at Madalyon Psychiatry Center. She has served as a test psychologist, conducting psychological assessments for a wide age range from childhood to late adulthood. She has administered and interpreted many high-validity tests, including the MMPI, and received her training in this field from Dr. Nursen Oral.
Integrating her experience in clinical observation, testing, and assessment into the therapy process, Yıldız works with adult clients, providing psychotherapy on a wide range of topics, including emotional difficulties, relational issues, and internal conflicts. She prioritizes building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and collaboration, and carefully structures the process according to each individual’s needs and personality.
