Psychologist Beyza Yaren Özlek completed her undergraduate education at Atılım University, Department of Psychology (English), on a full scholarship and graduated with High Honors. Throughout her academic education, she placed great importance on supporting her theoretical knowledge in psychology with clinical practice. During this period, she developed the “Attitude Scale Toward Having Children.”
Following her undergraduate studies, she completed the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at İstinye University as a High Honor student. For her master’s graduation project, she wrote her thesis titled “An Examination of the Relationship Between the Tendency to Cheat in Romantic Relationships and Narcissistic Personality Traits and Attachment Styles.” During her education, she completed internships at various institutions, including Madalyon Psychiatry Center and 100th Year Hospital.
In order to provide support to her clients in individual and couples therapy, she has received training in International Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family and Marriage Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, and Crisis, Trauma, Death, and Grief Counseling. After graduation, she worked as a clinical psychologist in private therapy centers and on various online platforms, conducting therapy processes with adults and couples.
